Ingredients
1 avocado
1 cup spinach
1/4 cup vanilla coconut yogurt
1 scoop collagen powder
2 tablespoons organic hemp protein powder
3 cups water
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds. If the consistency is to thick add 1/4 cup of water and reblend until you get your preferred consistency.
